Even deep in the jungle, we’re able to create elaborate, delicious meals that reflect flavors from Cambodia and beyond. That’s thanks to the creativity of our chefs and the natural bounty that surrounds us. We grow vegetables and raise laying hens on our on site farm and forage even more from the forest: herbs, mangosteens, wild potatoes, crabs even red ants, a zesty local delicacy.
